*Mikaについて聞いているので she is を使います。

Where is she from? => She is from Hatsukaichi, Hiroshima.

What country is she from? => She is from Japan. She is Japanese.

*「どの国」はwhat country 

What’s her favorite food? => Her favorite food is spaghetti.

What’s her favorite color? => Her favorite color is silver.

What’s her favorite school subject? => Her favorite school subject is social studies.
