3. Speech Navigatorの１７ページに原稿を書き写し、強く読むところやイントネーション（上げ下げ）など、ナレーションで気を付ける点を書き込む

4. ナレーションのチェックを受ける（ビデオ提出もOK）

5. 動画作成
