Today’s Scene: Carl takes Nico to Dierdre’s Clothing Shop. The two go into the shop, and Carl calls a clerk. A beautiful deer in a suit comes out from the back of the shop. 

 

Listen and answer: 

Questions: When did Carl work at Dierdre’s shop? – He worked there last year.

Can Nico buy some clothes? – Yes, she can. She will work there to buy some clothes.

Today’s Scene: Nico can get some clothes by working. The shop owner, Dierdre, takes Nico to the workshop. She asks her to do a job.
