equinoxはequal（イコール ＝）からきている言葉で、ちょうどちょうど日がでている時間とでていない時間が半分になるからです！

昨日もBridge Workの練習の時にもお話ししたように、常に「誰がどこで誰に話しているのか」を考えることで何倍も力がつきます。
