3min.Talk: Do you read books? #3

Talk about the topic. It’s vague. Think about how to answer the question and elaborate the conversation.

Students make notes in 2 min. => Make notes about their favorite/impressive book.

 

Bridge Work Book 2

Chapter 13 Unit 2  Some of us can run fast.

(p. 16) Grammar and Communication-2  形容詞と同じ形の副詞・その他の副詞

Review: Listen and repeat with the textbook closed.

 

Exercise-2

#1 Complete the sentences together. Read and look up.

*Tell them not to get confused with ‘fastly’ and ‘hardly’.

 

#2-a. Demonstration. Pick one to answer and add one original sentence. The class repeats with ‘you’ instead of ‘I’. => Work in pairs. Repeat their partners’ answers. => Write reports about the partners and share them on GC.

Check Today’s Scene in Japanese. => Students close the textbooks. => Listen to the story. => Try to retell the story together. Teacher asks questions if necessary. Encourage them to say anything about the story. => The teacher shows a model. Students repeat. => Work in pairs.
