Work in pairs. Ask and answer, and change since to for or for to since when they repeat the partner’s answer.

* Sho is talking with Mari over the phone. He tells her that he said he wanted to be an international citizen but he didn’t mean it. Mari says he should take responsibility because he isn’t a child anymore.

Listen to the story => Summarize the story => Tell the story to a partner in three sentences.
l  Mari says even though Sho didn’t mean it, he felt he wanted to be an international citizen. She asks Sho what else he wants to do. She says if he talks about it, he can see his goals.   

Task : Write a summary of either Lesson 43 or 44.
