We reviewed the homework:
Exercise 3 #1, #2 (1) & (2) & (3), p.117

We read the two parts of the conversation, and practised them in pairs.
We filled in the two charts at the bottom of the page (Ron’s pizza order and our own pizza order), and practised ordering pizzas of our own choice in pairs.

We practised using “want to do ~”.
Sample sentences: “What do you want to eat for dinner, Helen?” etc.
Verbs to learn
We practised using the verb “support”.
Sample sentence: Today, many people want to support research on global warming (to protect the environment).

Lesson 89 – We described the picture, listened to the CD, and read the text.
