(p.26) Lesson 3 　歌うよ

Talk about the picture: Carl is singing a song on the bench. Nico is listening to him. She is smiling.

Today’s Scene: On the bench in the park, Nico and Carl the Mouse keep talking. It is strange, but Nico isn’t afraid.

Listen and answer:

Questions: Does Carl talk and sing? – Yes, he does.

Does Carl love singing? – Yes, he does.

Is Carl a good singer? – Yes, he is.

(p.30) Lesson 4

Talk about the picture: We can see many mice. Carl is talking about them.

Today’s Scene: Carl the Mouse speaks English and also sings songs. Nico is interested in Carl. Carl talks about his family.
