How was your GW holiday? I hope you had a great time with your friends and family.  

Danny is my father. He is from Denver.  His brother's name is Arnie. Their dad is American.  「彼は」"he" ⇒「彼の」"his"、「彼らは」"they"⇒「彼らの」"their"という所有格の使い方を引き続き練習しました。Engageでは昔の家電について、it, theyの代名詞や、old, new, small, long,など学習した形容詞を使った説明文を聞いて読む活動をしました。

レッスンで口頭練習をしたところはテキストに書き込み復習をして次回のレッスンに臨みましょう。

5月4日(木)のレッスンはお休み、次回のレッスンは5月8日(月)です。

Ms. Robinson is from New York.  She is my favorite teacher.  Her favorite color is green. のように、「彼女は」"she" ⇒「彼女の」"her"のように所有格の使い方を練習しました。his, her, itsがスムーズに使えるように色々なパターンで練習していきましょう。
Engageでは自分の部屋にあるものやそれが置かれた位置を紹介する表現を学習しました。
