Hello, everyone in J1 class!  This is Miharu from MEL School.

We practiced questions using "How often do you...?" and answers with adverbs to tell frequency; always, usually, often, sometimes, never パートナーと会話練習をする中で、頻度について質問をし正確に答える練習をしました。

Lessons 77 and 78 => Shadowing and rewriting the summary from the last time. => Practice the corrected summary. => Speak to the partner.

Lesson 79
-       Look at the picture => Say what they can tell from the picture.
-       Listen to the CD and answer the questions:
              Did Yoko do anything for the party?
              Has David met Yota before?
              Who is Kanon?
              What does Kanon say to Sho?

-       Listen and repeat, then make a summary orally individually. => Work in pairs.
Study the model: When Sho and David arrive at Sakurayama Park, Yota is already there to save a spot. Yota and David meet for the first time, but they feel like they know each other already. Yota’s sister Kanon says she has been a big fan of Sho since she saw his wadaiko performance.

-       Post a summary to Edmodo.

-       Activity: Check “I feel like …” on pages 86 and 87. Have a brief conversation with a partner.

Lesson 80
-       Look at the picture => Say what they can tell from the picture.
-       Listen to the CD and answer the questions:
*Have them take notes for the position in the photo.
What does Kanon say about the food?
Who is going to be in the middle of the photo?
Who is going to stand next to Sho?
Why is Sho surprised?


-       Read the text aloud in class.

-       Activity: Practice telling the position of the people in the photo.
