I usually go to the library after school, but I am playing basketball with my friend today.
『現在形』は、習慣の行動や変わらない状態を表現し、『現在進行形』は、今している行動や一時的な状態、を表現します。

twice a week, once a month, three times a year など、頻度を表すフレーズも使えるようになりましたね。Excellent work!!
