Questions: What’s the weather going to be like today? Has Asahi come to the pond on a rainy day? Did RoboCorpus know the meaning of the quote?
Model Retell: It looks like it is going to rain. Asahi has never shown up on rainy days but Jukichi thinks the quote may change it. RoboCorpus didn’t know the meaning of the quote, though.

Questions: Does Asahi think the girl wanted him to come to the pond on rainy days?
Task: Write a summary and post.  Write a summary of Lessons 31 and 32.
Asahi has never shown up on a rainy weekend, but the quote may change it. It looks like it’s going to rain this weekend. Asahi comes to the pond because he thought the girl wanted him to come no matter the weather.

Hello everyone in J1 class!  This is Miharu from MEL School.
It’s Thursday, May 30th, 2019.
It was sunny today. 

ものや人の特徴や状態を表す形容詞を覚え、身の回りのものについて説明する練習をしました。
また、Who are those people in the gym? Are they students? -No, they aren't. They are our P.E. teachers. のようにより長い会話文でthis/these, that, thoseの運用練習をしました。


※ 次回6月3日(月)のレッスンでは、Key Communication テスト[C2U2]を実施します。4分間で全ての文を正確に書けるよう5回通り以上、言う=>書く、の練習しましょう。

We also thought about some other different meanings of ‘that’
that long” そんなに長い間 (“She’s been missing that long”), “not that simple” そんなに簡単ではない (RoboCorpus, life isn’t that simple), and “that boy” あの男の子 (But that boy trusts her . . . .)
and another meaning of ‘then’ それなら、そういうことであれば (“I don’t think he will find her then.”)

Task: Dictation
The turtle tells RoboCorpus and Lex that his name is Jukichi. Jukichi was waiting for a boy because he comes to the pond every weekend. Both the boy and the girl had an accident in the pond and no one could find her.

Write the teacher a message on Edmodo.
