Today’s Scene: 

After school, Takashi goes to the baseball club storage room. He wants to see Mika and Grey. There is a cat outside, and only Grey is there.

 

Questions: 

Is Mika the cat now? – Yes, she is.

Is Takashi surprised? – Yes, he is.

隠れているところを探そう:

Just a cat. => I just saw a cat.

seeの過去形の saw を使いますね！

一つ前の文では didn't seeとなっていました。didn't の後は過去形にならないので気をつけましょう。

Today’s Scene: Mika was a cat but is a girl again. She used Grey’s gadget.

隠れているところを探そう:

A person, an animal, a fungus. => You can be a person, an animal, and a fungus.

A fungus? => Can I be a fungus?

Like a mushroom? => Is it like a mushroom?
