Lesson 27
Listen to the story => Answer the questions. => Listen again. => Tell the partner the story. => Learn how to retell the story. => Repeating
Questions: Who is Jukichi? How old is it? How long has he lived in the pond? Does Jukichi know why the children were hitting him? Why was Jukichi by the pond? Does Jukichi know why the boy comes to the pond every weekend? What are RoboCorpus and Lex going to do?
Model Retell: Jukichi has lived in the pond for more than 100 years but he doesn’t remember how old he is. He was there to wait for a boy. He comes every weekend but Jukichi doesn’t know why. RoboCorpus and Lex are going to find it out.

Lesson 28
Listen to the story  => Answer the questions.
Questions: Why does the boy come to the pond every weekend?
Task: Write a summary and post.  Write a summary of Lessons 27 and 28.
The turtle tells RoboCorpus and Lex that his name is Jukichi and he was there to wait for a boy. The boy comes to the pond every weekend because he is hoping to see some girl. The boy and the girl both had an accident in the pond and no one could find her.

Chapter 29 Unit 1

Check the pronunciation of the listed words. => Memorize the words and quiz in pairs. =>Complete the sentences. => Read the example sentences aloud.

Review (p. 32) Chapter 27 Unit 2  Grammar in Use  George remembers the old days => Read it out loud.

Listen and repeat. *Ask the students the questions.
Exercise-2
#1 Study the example. => Complete the conversation in class. => Practice the conversation in pairs. => Practice how to write to the questions.
